Intelligence for the arms you already own

Physical AI enablement kits that give your existing arms the ability to see and think, reducing downtime and manual interventions while your robotic workforce adapts as fast as production does

01The problem

Your robots are built to work but just can't think

Industrial robotic arms are precise, powerful and completely blind. The moment something changes on your line, a product shifts, a new SKU arrives, a format changes, the arm stops and waits for a programmer. The hardware is not the problem. The intelligence is. And until now, the only option was a bespoke integration that costs a fortune and takes months. We built something different.

02The system

An intelligence layer that mounts on the flange

A self-contained hardware and software system that bolts onto your arm's tool flange. Your existing gripper mounts onto our threaded points. The arm itself is never modified. Fully reversible, installed in days.

04The operating standard

Engineered for the factory floor

The hard problems are named before the first meeting, and each one is a design requirement from the start. The full engineering detail is documented for those who want it.

No hallucinations, by architecture
The model never free-generates. It produces strict, predefined structured actions, joint positions, gripper commands, trajectory plans, because a production line cannot afford a guessed motion. Low latency and predictable behaviour follow from the architecture itself.
Independent of the cloud
Every inference runs on the on-board compute module. No internet connection is required to operate, and the line keeps running when the network doesn't. Background data offload happens during idle time, or, on the Sovereign tier, never.
Washdown is a starting requirement
Food and beverage means daily chemical washdown, and IP65 or IP67 doesn't survive it. The flange-mounted kit is being designed to IP69K, sealed enclosures, food-safe materials, rated glands on every connector, from the first drawing, never retrofitted.
Every gram is accounted for
Your arm has a fixed carrying capacity, and our system spends that budget before the gripper does. Target kit mass is under 2 kg, lightweight alloys, engineered polymers and cable discipline, treated as a primary design constraint rather than a cleanup task.
The spinning-flange problem, named
A flange that rotates continuously will destroy naive cabling, and cable failure is system failure. Slip rings, wireless data links and engineered cable management are all under evaluation, and the kit does not ship until one of them is proven.
Reversible by design
The kit bolts on and bolts off. No permanent modification to the arm, ever. Your capital equipment stays exactly as capable as the day it was installed.

05Straight answers

Asked by every operations manager and answered the same way every time

If your question isn't here, it will be answered in the first conversation, plainly, including the answers that are "not yet".

Is this generative AI?
No. Our system produces strict, predefined actions only. It cannot free-generate a motion, so nothing on your production line runs on a guess.
Does it need the internet?
No. All processing happens on-device. Your line keeps running whether the network is up or not.
Does it modify my arm?
No. The system bolts onto the tool flange. Your existing gripper mounts onto our threaded points. Remove the system and the arm is exactly as it was. Fully reversible, no permanent changes.
Which arms does it work with?
We are launching with the most widely installed collaborative arm on the market. Support for additional models and brands is on the roadmap. The intelligence layer is designed to be arm-agnostic.
Can it handle washdown environments?
It is the design requirement from the start. The enclosure is engineered to IP69K from the first drawing, with food-safe materials and rated connectors throughout, because daily chemical washdown is the environment we are building for.
What does it cost?
Pricing is tailored to your operation, your products and your goals. We offer three tiers to match different needs. Get in touch and we will build a business case for your specific line.
What happens to my data?
By default, operational data is anonymised and used to improve the system for everyone. If your industry requires full data sovereignty, our Sovereign tier keeps every byte on your premises with all data rights sitting with you.
Is this available today?
We are in active development and in conversation with our first customers now. Founding conversations are open. Get in touch and we will tell you exactly where we are and what is possible for your line.

BRTechnology

An architecture that refuses to guess

How a retrofit kit makes an industrial arm see, decide and act, without ever gambling on a generated motion

How it works

The system captures your environment in real time through integrated vision and spatial sensing. That data is processed against a purpose-built knowledge base, trained for your specific industry and task and converted into structured robotic actions. The arm executes in real time, and every outcome feeds a continuous improvement loop. All computation happens on-device, which is what keeps latency low enough for fast-moving factory lines.

The consequence is a single invariant the whole platform is built around:

The model never free-generates a motion. Structured actions only.

Open-ended generative models are too slow and too unpredictable for real-time robotic control. A factory environment cannot afford a guessed motion to be the correct choice where safety and precision are critical. The system produces strict, predefined outputs. Latency and error handling are carefully designed properties of the architecture.

Intelligence that fits in a box

The entire system architecture runs on a self-contained compute unit connected to the flange-mounted sensor package. A lightweight, highly optimised model purpose-built for your specific tasks. The intelligence is local, fast and predictable.

A knowledge base built for your line

Every kit ships with a knowledge base purpose-built for your industry and application. Task-specific training, pre-defined action templates and product-variation data, all configured for the work in front of it. As the system operates, it learns from every action, building a record that drives ongoing improvement.

Built for the environment you operate in

Sealed and built for washdown environments, engineered to IP69K from the first drawing rather than certified after the fact.

Privacy policy

Last updated 31 August 2026.

1. Who we are

Beyond Robotics is an Australian venture based in Melbourne, Victoria, building Physical AI enablement kits for industrial robotic arms. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Beyond Robotics.

As a small business operator, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) does not automatically apply to us. We have chosen to handle personal information in line with the Act and the Australian Privacy Principles regardless, and this policy describes how we do it.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect through this website and through ordinary business correspondence, enquiries, conversations about your line and the commercial discussions that follow.

It does not cover operational data generated by a deployed Beyond Robotics system on a customer's site. That is a separate matter, governed by the written agreement with that customer, and is described in section 7.

3. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form or write to us directly: your name, your company, your work email address, the enquiry type you select and whatever you choose to put in your message. If a conversation progresses, we also hold the ordinary records of it, correspondence, meeting notes and details about your operation that you share with us.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps technical logs. These typically include IP addresses, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps. We use them to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

We do not require accounts, we do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act. Please do not send us confidential technical or commercial information through the contact form. Tell us it exists and we will arrange a proper channel.

4. Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to work out whether there is a fit between your operation and what we build, to prepare proposals and business cases and to keep the ordinary records a business keeps. If we begin working together, to deliver the engagement and support it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and does not use third-party advertising or profiling tools.

If we introduce analytics in future, we will choose a privacy-respecting option and update this policy before it is switched on.

6. Where your information goes

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the business and only with:

Service providers such as website hosting, email and the tools we use to manage correspondence and documents. They act on our instructions and are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us.

Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and similar, where relevant and under obligations of confidence.

Anyone else you ask us to share withor where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate infrastructure. By using this website or contacting us, you acknowledge that your information may be handled overseas by providers of this kind and that overseas recipients may not be subject to Australian privacy law. We take reasonable steps to use providers with credible security and privacy practices.

7. Data from deployed systems

Where a Beyond Robotics system is installed on a customer's site, it generates operational data: sensor input, the actions the system produced and whether each task succeeded or failed. This is machine data about a process, not personal information about individuals, and we design our systems so that it stays that way.

How that data is handled, what is collected, what is anonymised, what leaves the site and who holds the rights to it, is set out in the written agreement with each customer before any system is installed. Our Sovereign configuration exists for customers who need every byte to remain on their premises with all data rights sitting with them.

If a deployed system ever captures personal information incidentally, we will treat it under this policy and tell the customer.

8. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the business relationship it belongs to, and longer only where a law requires it. When information is no longer needed for any purpose we are permitted to use it for, we destroy it or de-identify it.

9. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@beyondrobotics.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period, and there is no charge for making a request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, tell us first at the same address and we will work through it with you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows and the way we handle information changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If a change materially affects people we already correspond with, we will tell them.

Terms of use

Last updated 31 August 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of beyondrobotics.com.au. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They cover this website only. Any engagement with Beyond Robotics, a kit, a consultation, a deployment, is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site if the two ever differ.

2. Information, not advice

Everything on this website is general information about Beyond Robotics and the systems we are building. It is not engineering advice, safety advice or a recommendation for any specific arm, line, task or installation. Every deployment depends on the particular equipment, environment, products and regulatory obligations involved, and none of that can be assessed from a web page.

Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, an invitation to invest or financial product advice.

3. Products in development

Beyond Robotics is in active development. Parts of this site describe capabilities, specifications, engineering targets and timelines that reflect our current design intent and expectations rather than a finished product available for purchase today. We say so plainly throughout the site, and we say it here too.

Statements about what a system will do, how it will perform, what conditions it will withstand, when it will be available or what it will cost are forward-looking. They are made in good faith on the information we have now, and they may change as engineering, testing and supply realities develop. Descriptions of performance, durability, latency and environmental protection on this site describe design targets and expected behaviour, not certified or independently verified results, unless we state otherwise in writing.

Do not rely on any of it as a commitment. Anything we commit to for your operation, including the specifications, ratings and performance a system must meet, will be in a written agreement, not on this page.

4. Pricing and availability

We do not publish pricing on this website. The configurations described here are indicative of the range we intend to offer, and any figure discussed in conversation is indicative until it appears in a written quotation or agreement. Specifications, configurations, availability and pricing may change without notice.

5. Our intellectual property

The content of this site, text, layout, design system, marks, logos, imagery and code, is owned by or licensed to Beyond Robotics and is protected by Australian and international law. You may read it, share links to it and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt or commercially exploit it without our written permission, except where the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) permits.

Our name and marks are ours. Nothing on this site gives you a licence to use them.

6. Third-party equipment and compatibility

Our systems are designed to work with industrial robotic arms and related equipment made by other companies. Where any third-party name, trademark or product is referred to on this site, it belongs to its owner and is used for identification and technical description only.

Referring to equipment does not mean its manufacturer endorses, sponsors, certifies or is affiliated with Beyond Robotics or that we are an authorised partner, reseller or distributor, unless we say so explicitly and in those words. Statements about which arms or models we support are forward-looking, and compatibility with any particular piece of equipment is confirmed for your operation in writing, not assumed from this site.

Where we describe how third-party equipment performs, that is our own assessment for our own application. Manufacturers' specifications and documentation are the authoritative source and should be relied on ahead of anything here.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, including our LinkedIn page. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their practices or their privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system or network connected to it, use automated means to scrape, copy or harvest the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, use anything on this site to misrepresent Beyond Robotics, our systems, our capabilities or our stage of development to anyone else or use the site for anything unlawful.

9. Availability

We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Robotics is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss arising from decisions made in reliance on this site, connected with your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information or the cost of doing so.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
